At this time, Quintessential Love only ships to United States addresses.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise under the item's description.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Quintessential Love uses different carriers and shipping costs are based on package weight during check out. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Once your item has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your order or shipping address due to carrier restrictions. Please be sure to verify that you enter the correct address during the checkout process.

Our customer service team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time. This does not apply to weekends.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
